On a somewhat personal note, I have been wrestling with the idea of Horse as a Food Source. I
have read quite frequently the many articles regarding the Slaughter of Horses. At this time I have
decided to get off the fence. My horses have been a great source of joy to me over the years. I
still think regularly of the fun I have had and the personal bonds I made with my horses. Those
horses I have sold, I think of all the time and hope they are in good hands and are being loved and
cared for.
